Organic food is produced without the use of artificial pesticides, antibiotics, synthetic fertilizers and is hormone free. We feel this is very important when baking our pet treats because it helps reduce the toxins and chemicals that are ingested. Most research shows that a more wholesome and pure diet will make you less likely to have health problems that are linked to chemical toxins. Organic foods also tend to have a larger amount of beneficial vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and antioxidants.

Our premium dog biscuits start with pure, wholesome ingredients. They are made from perfectly balanced recipes and baked in a certified commercial kitchen. The bakery is inspected and state appproved at the same level as a human food grade commercial kitchen. These treats are handmade unlike the large commercial production plants.  This allows us to select the perfect ingredients and be involved in the baking process from start to finish.

Excellent ingredients yield excellent dog treats. That is why it is so important to us that only organic, vegetarian and nutrient-rich ingredients be used. We bake our dog snacks to be rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals.  The ingredients are minimally processed so that they retain as much nutrition as possible.  You'll find only healthy things in our dog treats without the addition of chemicals or artificial flavors and preservatives.

We have found that more is not always better. If you read the ingredient list on a standard supermarket dog treat package, you will be amazed at the number of ingredients that are artificial, chemical-based, or just useless fillers. It has always amazed us why these large companies add so many useless and harmful ingredients to a product that is supposed to be a happy and healthy treat. We use a few carefully selected ingredients and thats it!  Only good things go into our premium dog snacks.

Treats should not interfere with meals and should not make up more than 10% of your dog's diet. However, our treats are better for your dog than table scraps and are suitable at any time.  Treats should ideally be given as positive reinforcement. The use of treats rather than table scraps can also help you avoid problems such as begging, weight gain, digestive problems, and picky eating when given their regular food.  Even though our treats are extremely healthy and nutritious, simply use common sense to avoid to many extra calories.. 

Dogs instinctively like the flavor and smell of meat. Many of the treats you find commercially are flavored with some meat variety. However, this doesn't mean that dogs do not like vegetarian based snacks.  As a matter of fact, our flavors are created by using extensive taste testing to determine which recipes are enjoyed the most.  We are certain that your pet will enjoy these treats and they will come back wanted more!

Too many commercial dog treats are overloaded with sugar and fat. This makes these treats practically irresistible to pets. Ever wonder why your dog will dance and bark just to get one of these "goodies". In reality they are calorie grenades! Even a single, high-calorie treat that you find at a typical supermarket or pet store can have as much as 15%-20% of a small dogs daily calorie needs. This is really dangerous especially if pet owners are in the habit of giving two or three treats at a time. This is a sure fire way to end up with an unhealthy and obese dog.  Our dog treats are balanced in calories with low fat and low sugar ingredients. Remember, a healthy lean dog is a happy dog.
